		<description>I agree with the sentiments, but those same government agencies retracted the reports shortly after their release.  Also saying that the release of the lexicon's released didn't follow internal policy for review and release.  Whether the reports were retracted purely due to agencies recognizing the stupidity of the content or they didn't like the public barrage they took after releasing them is really a matter for opinion, but at least the guidelines aren't being followed officially.
